Attorney Compensation

At Cooperative Will & Trust, we believe in clear, straightforward compensation. Staff are compensated on an hourly or salary basis.  Attorneys earn 37% of the fees billed for client work, and an additional 17% of fees generated from any work for clients you bring to the firm, regardless of who bills the work. With this structure, your earnings are directly tied to the value you bring, whether through outstanding client work or growing the firm’s client base. No billable hour requirements or arbitrary metrics—just fair, transparent compensation.
