Discuss your estate plan goals;
Explain what your existing plan provides;
Identify any potential issues or concerns; and
Recommend next steps to best achieve your goals.
Creditable Service!
If you decide after our meeting to use our services to update or draft a new estate plan, the $200 fee will be credited to that plan.
Our Process
Existing Estate Plan Review
Step 1:
Schedule a Free Consultation
Schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your current estate plan and what you would like updated, changed, or explained.
Step 2:
Sign the Representation Agreement and Complete Intake
Review and sign the representation agreement and complete the short intake form we will send you.
Step 3:
Send Us Your Existing Estate Plan
Mail, email, or upload a copy of your current estate plan through our secure online portal.
Step 4:
Meet with an Attorney
Once we receive your existing estate plan, we will schedule a 30-minute meeting to review your documents, explain how your current estate plan works, discuss any issues we identify, and recommend any changes you may want to make.
(Optional) Step 5:
Update Your Estate Plan
If you decide to amend your existing estate plan or create a new one, your $200 review fee will be credited toward the cost of those services.
