Step 1: Complete the Estate Plan Questionnaire

Answer a few quick questions to help us recommend the estate plan that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Review the Engagement Letter

Once you see your recommended plan, you’ll find a link to our engagement letter. Review it carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Step 3: Make Your Payment

At the bottom of the engagement letter, click the link to our secure payment portal to finalize your selection.

Step 4: Complete and Return Your Intake Sheets

After payment, you’ll receive intake sheets via email. Fill them out to the best of your ability. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

Step 5: Wait While We Draft Your Documents

Our team will draft your estate planning documents based on your information. We’ll reach out if we need any clarification or additional details.

Step 6: Review and Sign

When your documents are ready, we’ll set up a time for you to come to our office. Together, we’ll review everything, sign, and notarize your plan.

Start by Booking a Meeting with one of our experts

After your consultation, we’ll send you a representation agreement through our secure legal platform. Review and e-sign it at your convenience.

Step 3: Make Your Payment

Once we receive your signed agreement, we’ll send you a payment link. Click the link to complete your payment and move forward.
